Christine was friendly. She kept the drinks coming. Burgers are awesome. Close to the convention to the service is always great!

Food was enjoyable and we were seated quickly. The best part was Alexis! She was attentive and friendly!

Jake's was recommended to me by the hotel when I was in Ft Worth for a concert. It wasn't too busy, and since it was just me, I sat in the bar area. The service was great and quick. I got their mushroom and swiss burger with fries. There are lots of TVs if you're in to watch a game, and this location is on a corner in downtown Ft Worth. It was easily walkable from my hotel. I believe they also have to-go, so that would save you on delivery fees if you don't mind walking to get it.

Omggggg this place is soooo yummy! It exceeded my expectations! The marshmallow sauce with the cinnamon and sugar sprinkled sweet potato fries was over the top! This chicken fried bacon burger was chefs kiss! 10/10

I found myself in Sundance Square Sunday and wanted to find a quick bite to eat before heading back home on the other side of town. I decided to figure Jake's B&B a shot and made an afternoon out of my quick stop. I sat at the bar and ordered some beer battered onion rings and a water. My bartender, Amy, suggested a Bloody Mary which sounded good. I got a Tito's Loaded Bloody w/ Habanero. That thing will wake your taste buds up! Best of all, it's a drink with BACON! Now that's a mix I don't see often but could get used to. The Cowboys game was on at that point so I was easily persuaded to stay to finish at least the first half. Amy was friendly and attentive while she served up some ice cold Leinenkugel on draft which is hard to beat on a summer day. Half time came and went and I figured I better eat something more. I asked Amy what she recommended and she listed about three things that all sounded good, but I went with the mushroom Swiss burger. I asked if she'd do me a favor and add some bacon to it, which she was happy to do. (I did see later that it is a standard option in the fine print on the menu) The burger was tasty and juicy even if it was a bit hard to eat without getting a bit sloppy but that's the sign of a good burger in my book. One little nuance I liked was that it was a double patty burger and the sautéd shrooms were between the patties instead of on top. Somehow that seemed to enhance the mushroom flavor throughout the burger. It was a great afternoon that I'd recommend to anyone in the Sundance Square area. If you go, look for Amy behind the bar and tell her Pop sent you. She won't have any idea who that is, but I bet she will make you feel like she does.

Great vibe. Better bartender and service! Burger ok, tots fantastic! Gotta go back and go bigger. Chicken fried chicken sandwich! Yes. Great beer selection! In the heart of old Ft Worth!!!! Worth a visit!
